Custom Skirt for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Combed Cotton with Pleating
We supply skirt to russian and central asian buyers built for short temperate summers. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Combed Cotton at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the autumn-winter outerwear peak. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Moscow logistics hub.
The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Russia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the autumn-winter outerwear peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
EAC declaration for the Eurasian Economic Union is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Moscow logistics hub with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
