Custom Ethnic & Folk Apparel for the Latin American Market — Quick-Dry Polyester with DTG Digital Printing
We supply ethnic & folk apparel to latin american buyers built for Mexican highland mild days. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Quick-Dry Polyester at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Christmas and holiday retail. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Santos.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Brazil so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Christmas and holiday retail passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Argentine S-Mark safety certification is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Santos with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Import duty and tax in the region are high — landed cost including the NCM tariff line is quoted before you commit, and instalment-friendly production schedules are planned around retail cash flow.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
