Custom T-Shirt for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Crepe with Applique Embroidery
We supply t-shirt to russian and central asian buyers built for long heating-season indoor dryness. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Crepe at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold through New Year holiday gifting demand. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Tashkent dry port.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Uzbekistan so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while New Year holiday gifting demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Russian-language labelling and care symbols is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Tashkent dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for EAC Eurasian conformity declaration, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
