Custom Ethnic & Folk Apparel for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Seersucker with Hangtag and Packaging
We supply ethnic & folk apparel to russian and central asian buyers built for continental winters below minus 20 °C. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Seersucker at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the autumn-winter outerwear peak. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Almaty dry port.
The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Kazakhstan so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the autumn-winter outerwear peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
EAC Eurasian conformity marking is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Almaty dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
