Custom Skirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Mesh with Garment Dyeing
We supply skirt to middle eastern buyers built for Gulf summers above 45 °C with dry heat. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Mesh at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Adha and Hajj season. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jeddah or Dammam.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and inconsistent sizing between production runs. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Saudi Arabia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Adha and Hajj season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
SASO conformity with a SABER certificate of conformity is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jeddah or Dammam with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for SASO textile technical regulation, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
