Custom Skirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Fleece with Beading and Embroidery
We supply skirt to middle eastern buyers built for Red Sea coastal humidity. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Fleece at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Fitr gifting demand. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jeddah or Dammam.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Saudi Arabia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Fitr gifting demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
SASO conformity with a SABER certificate of conformity is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jeddah or Dammam with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GSO Gulf standard conformity, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
