Custom T-Shirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Poplin with Yarn Dyeing
We supply t-shirt to middle eastern buyers built for Gulf summers above 45 °C with dry heat. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Poplin at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Fitr gifting demand. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Hamad Port.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Qatar so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Fitr gifting demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
ECAS/EQM conformity assessment for the UAE is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Hamad Port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for colour fastness to light for strong Gulf sun, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
