Custom Skirt for the Russian and Central Asian Market — French Linen with Shirring
We supply skirt to russian and central asian buyers built for Siberian extreme cold. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: French Linen at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the autumn-winter outerwear peak. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Saint Petersburg or Vladivostok.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Russia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the autumn-winter outerwear peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
EAC declaration for the Eurasian Economic Union is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Saint Petersburg or Vladivostok with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for Honest Sign (Chestny ZNAK) mandatory digital labelling, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
