Custom Suit for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Moisture-Wicking Knit with Flocking
We supply suit to russian and central asian buyers built for long heating-season indoor dryness. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Moisture-Wicking Knit at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold through marketplace FBO restocking before peak. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Almaty dry port.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Kazakhstan so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while marketplace FBO restocking before peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
EAC declaration for the Eurasian Economic Union is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Almaty dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
