Custom Sports Wear for the Middle Eastern Market — Combed Cotton with Heat Transfer Printing
We supply sports wear to middle eastern buyers built for Levantine Mediterranean seasons. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Combed Cotton at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Adha and Hajj season. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Alexandria or Port Said.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and inconsistent sizing between production runs. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Egypt so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Adha and Hajj season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
ECAS/EQM conformity assessment for the UAE is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Alexandria or Port Said with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for SASO textile technical regulation, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
