Custom T-Shirt for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Mesh with Ruching
We supply t-shirt to russian and central asian buyers built for Central Asian continental summers. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Mesh at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the spring uniform replenishment window. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Saint Petersburg or Vladivostok.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Russia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the spring uniform replenishment window passes.

Import, duty and delivery
GOST technical documentation in Russian is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Saint Petersburg or Vladivostok with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 200 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
