Custom T-Shirt for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Oxford with Screen Printing
We supply t-shirt to russian and central asian buyers built for long heating-season indoor dryness. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Oxford at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the spring uniform replenishment window. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Tashkent dry port.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Uzbekistan so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the spring uniform replenishment window passes.

Import, duty and delivery
EAC declaration for the Eurasian Economic Union is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Tashkent dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 200 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
