Custom Traditional Chinese Suit — Silk Velvet with Brocade Panel Placement
We make traditional Chinese suit built as horse-face skirt with flat front panels and side pleats, cut in Silk Velvet and decorated with magpie on plum branch motifs using Brocade Panel Placement. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Shanghai or Shenzhen.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Chinese wedding season around May Day and National Day passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 national textile safety classification with GB/T 29862 fibre labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Shanghai or Shenzhen with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Chinese wedding season around May Day and National Day.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
