Custom Traditional Chinese Suit — Silk Chiffon with Sequin Work
We make traditional Chinese suit built as one-piece ruqun with a separate upper garment, cut in Silk Chiffon and decorated with koi and lotus pond scenes motifs using Sequin Work. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Shanghai or Shenzhen.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the graduation season with cloud-collar and horse-face skirt sets passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 national textile safety classification with GB/T 29862 fibre labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Shanghai or Shenzhen with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the graduation season with cloud-collar and horse-face skirt sets.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB 31701 for infants' textile products, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
