Custom Traditional Chinese T-Shirt — Silk Brocade with Screen Printing
We make traditional Chinese t-shirt built as horse-face skirt with flat front panels and side pleats, cut in Silk Brocade and decorated with twining lotus scrolls motifs using Screen Printing. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Sydney or Auckland.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 documentation with local care labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Sydney or Auckland with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GRS recycled content claim, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
