Custom Traditional Chinese T-Shirt — Cupro with Brocade Panel Placement
We make traditional Chinese t-shirt built as mandarin collar with frog buttons, cut in Cupro and decorated with plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum motifs using Brocade Panel Placement. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Sydney or Auckland.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the graduation season with cloud-collar and horse-face skirt sets passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 documentation with local care labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Sydney or Auckland with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the graduation season with cloud-collar and horse-face skirt sets.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB 18401 class A/B/C safety classification, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
