Custom Traditional Chinese Ethnic & Folk Apparel — Cotton Twill with Beading and Embroidery
We make traditional Chinese ethnic & folk apparel built as tang jacket with bound edges, cut in Cotton Twill and decorated with floral medallions (tuanhua) motifs using Beading and Embroidery. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Los Angeles or San Francisco.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 documentation with the destination's care labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Los Angeles or San Francisco with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Hanfu outing day and cultural festival calendar.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
