Custom Button — Organza with Digital Printing
We supply button to garment factories and brands, built in Organza with digital printing for uniform and corporate programmes. On a trim like this the specification that decides the outcome is hole burr, because a rough burr cuts thread on the line, so that is agreed in writing before bulk — not discovered when the first carton is opened on the line. Programmes start at 3000 pieces per style per finish.
The failures here are predictable: shade variation within one carton, or packing that arrives mixed and unusable on the line. We lock material, finish, dimension and tolerance before bulk, and prepare UKCA and REACH documentation so the shipment clears instead of sitting at port while your selling season passes.

- Drawing or reference sample review, with size and finish confirmed
- Material selection and a finish sample or strike-off
- Prototype made to the agreed ligne
- Fit and wash test on the actual garment fabric, then a pre-production sample
- Bulk run with digital printing applied under controlled settings
- In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 inspection and packing to your ratio
Where it is used
- Denim and workwear — hard-wearing finishes that survive industrial washing
- Outerwear and tailoring — matched to the shell fabric so it drapes with the garment
- Childrenswear and schoolwear — tested to the destination's safety standard
- Bridal and eveningwear — small runs with hand-finished detail
- Uniform and corporate programmes — repeatable spec held on file for reorders

Packing, testing and delivery
Trims are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by garment set — with barcodes applied where the line needs them. Test reports for EN 71 part 3 for decorative components are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Felixstowe with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and hold the approved reference so reorders reproduce the same material, the same finish and the same hole burr.
FAQ
Do you ship to our forwarder?
Yes. We deliver to your nominated forwarder or quote landed cost under the agreed Incoterm.
How long does sampling take?
A first sample takes 12 working days, and each revision about 5 days.
Can you match a reference sample?
Yes. Send the trim and we match material, finish and shade, then confirm on a pre-production sample before bulk.
Can you do small runs across many designs?
Yes — many studio and boutique programmes run small quantities across a wide design set.
