Custom Ethnic Hat — EVA Foam with Die-Casting
We supply ethnic hat to brands, retailers, uniform and promotional programmes, made in EVA Foam with die-casting for outerwear and jacket programmes. On headwear the specification that decides whether it sells or comes back is security of decorative components, tested by pull — so that is agreed in writing before bulk, not discovered when the first carton is unpacked. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style.
The failures here are predictable: a finish that tarnishes or rubs off after washing, or minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock material, construction, measurement and tolerance on a pre-production sample, and prepare CPSIA and California Prop 65 compliance so the container clears instead of missing the season it was bought for.
