We supply peaked cap to brands, retailers, uniform and promotional programmes, made in Polyester with powder coating for denim and workwear programmes. On headwear the specification that decides whether it sells or comes back is brim flatness, because a wavy brim is returned immediately — so that is agreed in writing before bulk, not discovered when the first carton is unpacked. The failures here are predictable: a finish that tarnishes or rubs off after washing, or inconsistent sizing between production runs.
