How does shipping work?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Bulk normally ships by consolidated sea freight, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Cotton-Poly Blend is typically ready 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 3 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.

Which compliance documents can you provide?

We can arrange GOTS documentation and third-party test reports for the relevant market, including REACH and CPSIA declarations when needed.

How do you control colour consistency?

Lab dips are approved before bulk dyeing and the approved reference is kept on file. Bulk shade is checked within the agreed tolerance band against that reference on every repeat order.
