Custom Tank Top for the Asia-Pacific Islands Market — Eyelet with Smocking
We supply tank top to island-market buyers built for strong equatorial UV most of the year. Cloth weight, openness of weave and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and salt air first: Eyelet at 110-140 gsm, shade-matched to hold up under strong UV, chlorinated water and frequent laundering. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Colombo or Male.
The failure modes in this region are consistent: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the documents SLSI requires, so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage at the port.

Import, duty and delivery
SLSI certification for Sri Lanka is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship LCL or FCL to Colombo or Male, provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which matters for resort programmes that reorder every season.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for SLSI certification for Sri Lanka, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
