Custom Sock & Stocking for the European Market — Pima Cotton with Stone Wash
We supply sock & stocking to European buyers built for temperate maritime winters with frequent rain. Cloth weight, fibre composition and finish are specified for the season and the standard before price: Pima Cotton at 180-210 gsm, with restricted-substance screening and documentation prepared for the destination market. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Rotterdam or Antwerp.
European programmes fail on paperwork more often than on product: long lead times that miss the selling season, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We fix the specification first — fabric weight, shrinkage, stitch density and measurement tolerance — then prepare EU GPSR and REACH compliance with multilingual labelling so the goods clear customs and pass buyer audit without a second round of testing.

Sustainability and documentation
European buyers are asked for evidence, not assurances. We can supply EU GPSR technical documentation documentation, recycled-content claims with transaction certificates where the fibre qualifies, and test reports from accredited labs. Fibre composition, care symbols and country of origin are printed in the languages your market requires, and the technical file is held for reorders.

Delivery, duty and VAT
Shipments move to Rotterdam or Antwerp under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For EU and UK destinations we quote landed cost including duty and import VAT, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for clearance. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which keeps sock & stocking batches consistent across seasons.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for EU GPSR technical documentation, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
