Custom Ethnic & Folk Apparel for the European Market — Anti-Static Fabric with Stone Wash
We supply ethnic & folk apparel to European buyers built for alpine conditions with rapid weather swings. Cloth weight, fibre composition and finish are specified for the season and the standard before price: Anti-Static Fabric at 180-210 gsm, with restricted-substance screening and documentation prepared for the destination market. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Gothenburg or Aarhus.
European programmes fail on paperwork more often than on product: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We fix the specification first — fabric weight, shrinkage, stitch density and measurement tolerance — then prepare Nordic Swan Ecolabel alongside REACH substance control so the goods clear customs and pass buyer audit without a second round of testing.

Sustainability and documentation
European buyers are asked for evidence, not assurances. We can supply EN 11612 heat and flame protection documentation, recycled-content claims with transaction certificates where the fibre qualifies, and test reports from accredited labs. Fibre composition, care symbols and country of origin are printed in the languages your market requires, and the technical file is held for reorders.

Delivery, duty and VAT
Shipments move to Gothenburg or Aarhus under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For EU and UK destinations we quote landed cost including duty and import VAT, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for clearance. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which keeps ethnic & folk apparel batches consistent across seasons.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for EN 11612 heat and flame protection, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
