Custom Sock & Stocking for the European Market — French Terry with Beading and Embroidery
We supply sock & stocking to European buyers built for mild Mediterranean winters and hot dry summers. Cloth weight, fibre composition and finish are specified for the season and the standard before price: French Terry at 220-260 gsm, with restricted-substance screening and documentation prepared for the destination market. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Hamburg or Gdańsk.
European programmes fail on paperwork more often than on product: long lead times that miss the selling season, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We fix the specification first — fabric weight, shrinkage, stitch density and measurement tolerance — then prepare EU GPSR with CE documentation where the line is PPE so the goods clear customs and pass buyer audit without a second round of testing.

- Bulk cutting with beading and embroidery applied under controlled settings
- In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 inspection and packing to EU carton specification
Sustainability and documentation
European buyers are asked for evidence, not assurances. We can supply EN 11612 heat and flame protection documentation, recycled-content claims with transaction certificates where the fibre qualifies, and test reports from accredited labs. Fibre composition, care symbols and country of origin are printed in the languages your market requires, and the technical file is held for reorders.

Delivery, duty and VAT
Shipments move to Hamburg or Gdańsk under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. For EU and UK destinations we quote landed cost including duty and import VAT, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin needed for clearance. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which keeps sock & stocking batches consistent across seasons.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for EN 11612 heat and flame protection, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
