Custom Skirt for the India and Pakistan Market — French Linen with Woven Label
We supply skirt to South Asian buyers built for dry desert heat in Rajasthan and Sindh. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: French Linen at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Karachi or Port Qasim.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare PSQCA so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during school session uniform replenishment.

Import, duty and delivery
PSQCA standards with pre-shipment inspection is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Karachi or Port Qasim with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against school session uniform replenishment.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for pre-shipment inspection (PSI), and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
