Custom Ethnic & Folk Apparel for the India and Pakistan Market — Lace with Screen Printing
We supply ethnic & folk apparel to South Asian buyers built for mild North Indian and Pakistani winters. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Lace at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Delhi ICD or Lahore dry port.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during school session uniform replenishment.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS or PSQCA documentation and GST-compliant invoicing is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Delhi ICD or Lahore dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against school session uniform replenishment.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 200 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for colour fastness to washing and rubbing (IS/ISO), and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
