Custom Skirt for the India and Pakistan Market — Linen with DTF Film Printing
We supply skirt to South Asian buyers built for humid coastal tropical conditions. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Linen at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per colour and ship to Karachi or Port Qasim.
The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare PSQCA so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during the wedding and Navratri gifting window.

Import, duty and delivery
PSQCA standards with pre-shipment inspection is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Karachi or Port Qasim with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the wedding and Navratri gifting window.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for pre-shipment inspection (PSI), and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
