Custom Ethnic & Folk Apparel for the Middle Eastern Market — Oxford with Piping and Binding
We supply ethnic & folk apparel to middle eastern buyers built for Levantine Mediterranean seasons. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Oxford at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Fitr gifting demand. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jeddah or Dammam.
The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Saudi Arabia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Fitr gifting demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Egyptian GOEIC registration for textile imports is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jeddah or Dammam with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 12 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GSO Gulf standard conformity, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
