Custom Skirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Denim with Chenille Embroidery
We supply skirt to middle eastern buyers built for Levantine Mediterranean seasons. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Denim at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the winter mild-weather retail window. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Alexandria or Port Said.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Egypt so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the winter mild-weather retail window passes.

Import, duty and delivery
ECAS/EQM conformity assessment for the UAE is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Alexandria or Port Said with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for SABER shipment certificate of conformity, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
