Custom Skirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Antibacterial Knit with Heat Transfer Printing
We supply skirt to middle eastern buyers built for air-conditioned interiors against outdoor extremes. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Antibacterial Knit at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Fitr gifting demand. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Hamad Port.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and inconsistent sizing between production runs. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Qatar so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Fitr gifting demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
ECAS/EQM conformity assessment for the UAE is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Hamad Port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for Arabic-language care and fibre labelling, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
