Custom Traditional Chinese Ethnic & Folk Apparel — Silk Satin with Pantone Color Matching
We make traditional Chinese ethnic & folk apparel built as slim cheongsam cut with side slits, cut in Silk Satin and decorated with koi and lotus pond scenes motifs using Pantone Color Matching. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Shanghai or Shenzhen.
The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Spring Festival selling peak passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 national textile safety classification with GB/T 29862 fibre labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Shanghai or Shenzhen with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Spring Festival selling peak.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GB 18401 class A/B/C safety classification, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
