Custom Traditional Chinese Skirt — Satin with DTG Digital Printing

We make traditional Chinese skirt built as one-piece ruqun with a separate upper garment, cut in Satin and decorated with twining lotus scrolls motifs using DTG Digital Printing. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Sydney or Auckland.

The failures here are predictable: suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Chinese wedding season around May Day and National Day passes.

Import, labelling and delivery

GB 18401 documentation with local care labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Sydney or Auckland with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Chinese wedding season around May Day and National Day.

FAQ

What file formats do you need for artwork?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GRS recycled content claim, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
