Custom Traditional Chinese Skirt — French Terry with Garment Dyeing
We make traditional Chinese skirt built as mandarin collar with frog buttons, cut in French Terry and decorated with koi and lotus pond scenes motifs using Garment Dyeing. Heritage construction is the part buyers care about: collar height, closing direction, pleat count and bound edge width are set in the tech pack and confirmed on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Los Angeles or San Francisco.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — fabric, trim, embroidery density, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare the GB documentation so goods clear instead of sitting at port while the Spring Festival selling peak passes.

Import, labelling and delivery
GB 18401 documentation with the destination's care labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Los Angeles or San Francisco with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and apply Chinese-language care and fibre labelling where the destination requires it. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Spring Festival selling peak.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
